INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or controlled by us. All the trademarks, product marks, brands and logos are owned by their respective owners and are protected by copyright and trademark laws in their respective countries.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site and services or any portion thereof.
You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
REFUNDS – GENERAL MERCHANDISE & ELECTRONICS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued unless for a manufacturer defects or specific other reasons are given with proper evidence or explanations.
REFUNDS – SOFTWARE PRODUCTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
The site make every effort to ensure that we accurately represent these products and services to our customers. Software Product Key are currently delivered/ shipped via email only. There will be no physical parcel delivery. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within a working day to deliver. Once your order is complete we will send you a confirmation email with your Product/ Subscription Accounts or Keys at the email address which you provided on our order form.
NO REFUND IN THE BELOW CASES
- Buyer place wrong order without reading complete product description and the product key is already been delivered through email.
2. Buyer fail to download the software file due to poor internet connection.
3. Buyer fail to download & install the software due to lack of technical knowledge.
5. If the product Key fails to activate on buyers computer system then we will issue new Product Key through email in a given time period, Buyer has to send us a Full-Screen Screenshot which must include Error Window Screenshot, Current Date and Time and mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org with <Your Product name> License Issue” as the mail subject
6. Buyers has only 5-days from the date of purchase to inform us regarding Product Key activation failure, after 5-Days from the date of purchase No New Product Key will be issued in any circumstances.
Refund will be issued if it fails to delivery the Product Key and informed through email.
Refund time: It may take up to 3 business days to initiate the refund. Once the refund is processed it will take 2-4 business days depending on buyers bank or service provider to get the refund amount transfer to your Payment Source (Credit Card, Bank Account or Wallet) through which the payment was made.
